1) WHERE DO YOU SHIP? 
 
We ship worldwide, please contact us if website doesn't offer you any available shipping methods or you would like to get more information shipment.
 
2) WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
 
We accept: 
 
- Bank wire transfer according to invoice
- PayTrail online payments using Finnish bank systems (for domestic payments only)
- PayTrail credit cards (MasterCard, VISA)
- Cash (pick up order from our shop)
- VISA, MasterCard (pick-up order from our shop) 
 
3) WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILIBLE? 
 
If you are located in Finland, your package will take between 1-5 business days 
to be delivered via Itella. 
Actual transit time is based on where you are located. Our products are shipped from Loviisa. 
 
If you are located in another EU country, the delivery will take about: 
EMS - 3-8 workdays 
PRIORITY - 3-14 workdays 
 
If you are located outside EU, the delivery will take about:
EMS - 5-15 workdays
PRIORITY - 7-21 workdays
 
4) CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
 
You can return the order within two weeks of receiving the first goods delivery in writing or 
by e-mail.

5) WHAT DOES "VAT" MEAN? 
 
VAT stands for "Value Added Tax", which is an indirect sales tax. 
If you live in the European Union (but outside of Finland) and are exempt from VAT, 
then you can fill in your VAT-ID (VAT No.) into the appropriate field of your account. 
You need to be registered as a business customer in order to be able to use this option. 
Before finalizing the order process the Finnish VAT will be deducted from the sales price 
to avoid double taxation. 
Please make sure that you are actually exempted from VAT for purchases in the EU
before you fill in your tax ID, otherwise please ignore the optional field for the VAT-ID. 
 
6) MAY I PAY IN US DOLLARS OR ANOTHER CURRENCY INSTEAD OF EURO? 
 
You can pay in your currency, and there will be a currency exchange to euro (€)
 
7) HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? 
 
It is not possible to change or cancel an order once it is marked as "shipped". 
You will need to return the original package to obtain a refund and/or place an order for the new product.
